How do I get past error N18 on my Tivo?

I recently switched from Comcast/Time Warner to Verizon FIOS. The only thing that changed in my system was going from my wireless router to theirs. Now Tivo won’t connect for a programming update. It gives this error N18 and tells you to unplug Tivo and try again. I have done this multiple times, but still the error remains. Please help if you have run across this before! Thank you.
