IMO, ReplayTV was FAR superior to TIVO in many ways (having a “skip forward” button, for one thing). But, TIVO kissed up to the RIAA & the Hollywood bigshots and ReplayTV didn’t, so you can guess know how things wound up. Life lesson there, kids.
